Explore Luxor’s East Bank too, including Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, before disembarkation.
Enjoy onboard comfort, scenic Nile views, and sunset sailings through the heart of the valley of Nile culture.
Your journey begins in Aswan, where you’ll board your ship and settle into your cabin. Then you’ll visit Philae Temple, dedicated to Isis, set on an island reached by boat. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing sail toward Kom Ombo under skies lit by the Nile’s reflections.
After breakfast, stop at Kom Ombo to see its double temple honoring Sobek and Horus. Continue sailing to Edfu, where the temple of Horus awaits with its well-preserved reliefs. Late afternoon is for relaxing aboard as the ship glides northward through river landscapes.
Begin early with the West Bank: Valley of the Kings, the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, cross to the East Bank to explore Karnak and Luxor Temples. Your evening is free to enjoy a Nile sunset from the ship’s deck.
On your final morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before disembarking. You may have opportunity for a last walk around Luxor’s local market or temple precincts before your onward journey out of the Nile river valley.
